Sometimes difficult
changes can seriously affect how adults cope with their lives. The loss of a spouse or
family member, illness, or even retirement often cause feelings of loneliness, depression,
insomnia, anxiety, lack of interest or loss of hope. These may be symptoms of serious
emotional and nervous problems that require immediate medical attention.
Green Cross offers a bright new hope for health in a caring, less restrictive
outpatient setting. For more than five years, our day treatment center has been helping
adults regain control of their lives as well as their hope.
If a family member, loved one or friend is experiencing signs of serious emotional
disorders, those individuals may be eligible for our partial hospitalization program.
What is a PHP?
A partial hospitalization program that treats individuals suffering from behavioral
disorders in an outpatient setting.
What are the Advantages of a PHP?
As an alternative to 24-hour hospitalization, a PHP allows patients to go home to their
families at the end of each day. Furthermore, the program provides patients with
structured and intensive treatment and costs less than inpatient care programs.
